Our move down to Tassie, could not come at a better time, with the recent announcement of Daly Potato Co. winning the 2019 Australian Farmer of the Year! Sue and Gerard Daly will be supplying our Tasmanian Dinnerly diners with all their potato needs!
While Dinnerly is a “no frills” meal-kit, we definitely don’t skimp out on the produce. When sourcing our produce, we aim to provide Australian grown and packaged where this is the most suitable option.
We work with passionate people, who we trust to bring you the best of the best when it comes to fresh, seasonal produce and proteins from RSPCA Approved Farms and more. With The Daly’s being no different.
The Daly’s got into the potato game in 1995, where they hand planted their first crop. They have come a long way since then, turning into one of Australia’s most diverse potato producers;
- Harvesting 4,500 tonnes of high-quality washed potatoes across 603ha,
- Employing 38 staff,
- Producing 4,800 bottles of alcohol per year and;
- Making over 300 ton of potato salad plus an extra 200 ton of value add products.
Daly Potato Co. were announced as winners for the award as a result of their focus on hard work, sustainable farming and innovative approaches to reducing food waste.

Barbecue Beef Stuffed Potatoes with Horseradish Dressing and Tomato Salad

Haloumi Chopped Salad with Black Barley and Sunflower Seeds
A trio of super healthy grains – rice, quinoa and barley – plus crunchy celery and sunflower seeds, sweet currants and golden haloumi, this salad is oh so good and good for you. Available in week commencing 11th November.
Tunisian Chicken Stew with Chickpeas and Crusty Bread
This one pot Tunisian stew is not only quick but delicious made with a ras el hanout spice blend and chickpeas. Mop up the tasty sauce with the crusty roll. Available in week commencing 11th November.
