Under Coconut Skies is Yasmin’s second book exploring the flavours and culture of the Philippines (her first cookbook on the island country, 7000 Islands: A Food Portrait of the Philippines, was published in 2014), and delves into the vibrancy, traditions and rich history of Filipino food, with recipes spanning both traditional dishes, as well as vegetarian and modern interpretations on the classics.

- The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- The total prize pool is valued at up to $AUD275 (two hundred and seventy five Australian dollars), and consists of 5 x Under Coconut Skies cookbooks. Utilisation of the prize is subject to the terms and conditions of the company. The prizes are 5 (five) prize packs including: one copy each of Under Coconut Skies (valued at RRP$55 per each cookbook).
- Any ancillary costs are not included as part of the prize. This includes but is not limited to delivery or collection of the prize, airfares, transport to and from the hotel/resort, transfers, spending money, meals, insurance, items of a personal nature or any other costs
