How can I select and edit my recipes?
Each week you can choose from 300+ recipes, including family friendly, fast, healthy, vegetarian and carb conscious options. Your taste profile suggests recipes, but you can swap them in your account up to 7 days before your next delivery.
How long will my ingredients stay fresh?
We pack every box with cooler bags and ice packs to keep chilled items cold and ingredients fresh. Fresh produce is also packed in protective bags to help it stay fresher for longer. Always check the best before date on each item, including proteins and seafood to enjoy your meals at their best.
Can I skip, pause, or cancel a delivery?
Absolutely! Our flexible subscription allows you to skip a delivery week, pause for a period of time or cancel your subscription in the "Settings" section of your account. Just make any changes 7 days before your next box is delivered.
How does payment work?
When you sign up, you will input your payment details, which will be applied to your first and all future orders. (You can update these details at any time!) We are a flexible subscription, which means you'll be auto-billed for each week's order unless you skip, pause or cancel your subscription.
