You’ll see the categories Low-Calorie, Reduced-Carb and Balanced in recipe titles and/or descriptions on our menu each week.
How do I check the nutritional info for each recipe?
The nutritional information for all of our recipes can be found on our digital recipe cards, website and app. This includes values for calories, total fat, protein and carbohydrate. The nutritional information displayed is always per serving, unless specified otherwise. Our portion sizes are based on those set out in the Australian Dietary Guidelines.
Do you have recipes to suit other dietary needs, allergies or intolerances?
We sure do! Each of our weekly menus are designed to cater for a wide range of diets and lifestyles. We have a growing range of vegan and vegetarian recipes, as well as recipes with no added gluten and that are dairy-free. We even have a category for optional spice if you’re feeding littlies.
