A supply update from our CEO, Rolf Weber

February 22, 2022

Recent weather events and high COVID-19 case numbers are affecting our supply chains, we wanted to reach out to all Dinnerly customers to share a supply update.

I wanted to personally reach out to let you know that we may be experiencing some supply issues over the next month or so. These might affect some of the meals in your upcoming orders, or have affected your recent orders.

Recent weather conditions have seen heavy rain and wind in parts of Australia, which has caused crop damage. This means the supply of some vegetables could be affected, including zucchini, spinach and salad leaves.

We have also recently had a supply issue with some of our pre-prepared vegetables, such as our coleslaw and stir-fry mixes. In these instances, we may need to replace these with other suitable vegetables, which might require a little more preparation than those recipes originally described.

Whenever we need to substitute an ingredient in your recipes, we will always do our best to find the best alternative possible. We will inform you of any ingredient changes by email, and advise of any changes to the cooking method.

We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may cause you. As always, thank you to all our customers for your loyalty to Dinnerly. We’re happy to be able to continue packing and delivering delicious recipes everyday to homes across Australia.

Warm regards,

Rolf Weber, CEO & Managing Director
