How to stop peanut butter from separating

Easy, quick and game-changing, our Head of Culinary, Yasmin Newman, is teaching you our tried-and-tested kitchen hacks! Does your peanut butter keep separating? You can fix that right up by storing the jar of peanut butter upside down!

By storing the jar upside down, the natural oils that pool at the top of the jar will be able to reintegrate back into the rest of the peanut butter. Ingenious!
